Carmine LaManna

Carmine went to Pace University and has a B.B.A. in Marketing Management. His path led him to a successful career in the retail industry including Store Manager, Buyer, and District Manager with various retailers over the years.

In 2013, after being diagnosed with thyroid disease, Carmine began a journey to improve health and fitness. He began a strict diet and fitness routine which sparked interest in training part time. Carmine then pursued a certification with NASM and a 1000 hour internship in 2018 to the Arena from Charles DeFrancesco. Charlie has just started a special needs component to the overall business. Carmine felt that he could make a difference and his heart was geared towards training special needs children and adults. Carmine led two careers for the next 3 years and ultimately changed careers in 2021. This is the year Carmine became partner to the Fit4All NY program. In 2023, he became partner and CEO to the Arena gym itself.

Carmine thrives in this business, and has since added multiple certifications including Special Strong and Fit/Functional to his ongoing education. His Special Strong certification is geared towards special needs children and adults.  He is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. Carmine has attended seminars for OPWDD and works with several autism awareness foundations, including Autism Dreams and Autism Project FLOS Inc.

 

He continues to grow Fit4All NY and the goal is to add as many Kids and adults as possible. Carmine has over 5 years experience working with both children of adults of all abilities.
